Jane Austen and sick

I used some fancy body scrub stuff today that Andrews Mum bought me. I think the woman hates me for making her a Grandparent, maybe it wouldn't have bothered her so much if me and her son were married or at least dating or at least that I preferred to date men rather than women. But it's a historical tradition for women to hate their sons partners, so I'm pleased I don't disappoint.
I didn't shave my legs though, I'm saving that for Monday morning so I can go into my new class feeling smooth and ready for psychoanalysis.

Eden rejected every meal I prepared for her today after no more than 2 spoonfuls, she ended up getting through half a packet of jackobs crackers and 2 bananas as a substitution for real food. After the loving lunch had been pushed across the table barely touched I started to feel a little miffed, so I ended up eating her fish fingers croquet potatoes and sweetcorn, which I concluded to be bland and cold. I could only award 2 stars (on the basis that the banana she mushed in her hand yesterday then lovingly pushed into my mouth was 1 star).

Then while pondering her new disgust towards all things cooked in my kitchen she threw up all over herself and the floor. I used my Mummy insight to conclude her tummy must be a little 'off'. So she got bathed and I put her in her pyjamas. I didn't get any sick on me but I still had that distinct 'eau de sick' about me. Which completely cancelled out the fancy body scrub. Karma.

This evening I have watched 'The Jane Austen Book Club' on Sky movies. It made me happy and inspired me to read the other 5 books (I've only read Pride and Prejudice). So that's now added to my 'to do' list, it's a lot further down the list though with my next item reading 'unload the washing machine'. I see myself making a big mark on this world.
